BC Manufacturing in Blue Springs, Missouri is currently seeking a highly motivated, quality minded, team oriented, and dependable individual with a minimum of 5 years direct CNC machining experience. This position requires a self-starter with strong problem solving and math skills who can read and interpret blue prints and complete a wide variety of turning and milling operations. This position will be responsible for setup and operating CNC equipment including CNC lathes; mills, automated (robotic) cell, vertical mills, horizontal lathes, and fully automated CNC live mill/drill vertical lathes for the purpose of producing quality components.

Job Description:
CNC Machinist is responsible for operating CNC equipment from a process for the production of custom precision metal gears within a full service machine shop. Preparation of raw materials by moving from storage to sawing or machining including setup of manual machining equipment. Monitor component quality along with manual deburring and marking of components. Ability to use precision measuring tools and gages, to monitor produced parts for required dimensional accuracy, interact with inspection reports and corrective actions all within a safety-oriented environment.

Additional Qualifications:
Must pass formal skills assessment along with a stable and dependable work and salary history. Ability to lift 75 lbs infrequently.

Preferred Experience:
2 years vocational or college minimum or equivalent on the job experience.
